This exposed brick wall adds both warmth and an industrial touch to the room, creating an elegant contrast with the modern design elements. Carefully crafted, it visually structures the space while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Facing it, a central island was installed to optimize the kitchen layout: a spacious wooden worktop, integrated storage, and a defined dining area. This choice enhances the room’s conviviality while bringing functionality and contemporary style.
This kitchen was completely redesigned to combine contemporary aesthetics with everyday comfort. The custom-made furniture, featuring clean lines and matte tones, fits seamlessly into the open space while asserting a modern and sophisticated character.
The quartz countertop offers a durable and elegant surface, ideal for meal preparation. The central island, serving both as a workspace and a convivial gathering spot, structures the room and creates a smooth transition to the living area. It also provides valuable storage and a comfortable dining area.
Discreet yet stylish pendant lights highlight the space, while built-in appliances enhance the overall clean and streamlined look. The optimized layout and high-quality finishes make this kitchen a true heart of the home, designed for hosting and sharing.
Steel-style wall covering, with a touch of industrial chic, is a bold and contemporary tile choice for the kitchen. The wall has been clad with brushed steel-effect tiles, bringing a distinctly industrial yet elegant character to the space.
This wall covering is both aesthetic and functional, offering excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and splashes, while being easy to clean. Its metallic surface subtly reflects light, adding depth and a modern flair to the room.
This finish was chosen to harmonize design with practicality, creating a striking contrast with the matte surfaces and the central island. The result is a dynamic and visually balanced kitchen. This renovation highlights a strong attention to detail and the use of durable, quality materials.
This staircase area was completely redesigned to create a warm, contemporary, and structured space. The right-hand wall was clad with decorative industrial-style bricks, adding texture and an authentic character to the stairway. This material choice brings a loft-style ambiance while maintaining elegance.
At the far end of the staircase, the corner was enhanced with matching brick cladding, visually marking the end of the stairs and adding depth to the space.
A custom-built, minimalist false ceiling was installed to incorporate indirect lighting. Recessed LED spotlights were strategically placed to gently and evenly illuminate the staircase, highlighting the wall textures and emphasizing the verticality of the space.
This custom-built under-stair cabinet showcases the smart use of otherwise unused space, seamlessly integrated into the staircase structure without compromising aesthetics. Made up of four sleek, minimalist doors, the unit blends harmoniously with its surroundings.
The two right-hand doors conceal generous storage space, designed primarily to hold coats, jackets, and other personal belongings, perfect for a well-organized entryway or living area.
The two left-hand doors serve a more technical purpose, hiding a small utility compartment that houses the water softener. This space also provides discreet storage for tools or cleaning supplies, all while remaining easily accessible.
This multifunctional unit, designed for both practicality and discretion, is a great example of clever space optimization beneath the stairs, offering a refined and polished touch to the room.
